I have been a customer at Harbor Freight for a couple years now! I had a BAUER backpack sprayer bought it worked good for 1 day. The sprayer wand broke I only used it for about 1 hour and the mist tip broke, and made it useless. Next day I called Harbor Freight told them that the unit sprayer wand broke and sent them the photos, and they said the unit couldn’t be return due to chemicals. They issued me a refund through a gift card for the amount I paid for the sprayer, the customer support from here is great. I was unsatisfied with the backpack sprayer, but the fixed and made it right! I will keep shopping at Harbor Freight!

I bought a Pittsburg 2 ton hydraulic rapid pump jack. Shortly after I bought it, I used it to lift up my ‘13 Acura RDX turbo and one of the rotating wheels broke off. I also got the extended warranty. I was given the information on how to make my claim because they didn’t have the part in their store and they said, “good luck but your warranty expires today.” Well I called their customer service dept, I spoke with Chris and they went ahead and honored the warranty for me and sent the wheel and circular rubber to me at no charge and the shipping was also covered. I’ve read several reviews and this one should be one that brings back what customer service be it was a good experience and give this guy Chris a raise he deserves it Eric T

The Harbor Freight Store in Sandusky, OH has the friendliest staff, they always greet us within seconds of walking through the door, offering their assistance with locating whatever item we are in need of each visit. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and surprisingly honest about which products they would recommend

I shop quite a lot at Harbor Freight in Southgate and Monroe MI. They have quality tools at better price and a good return policy. Love shopping there. Highly recommended!
