Decent piece of kit, quick response to enquiries

After only two months of use, I had two (white and green) bands snap on the same day. I replaced them, and within days, the other white one snapped. I really want this system to work for me as I live pretty remote and do home gym exercises. I am sure they will want to resolve this issue for other users and me, but it has been a very frustrating experience so far. Update: I have upgraded the experience to four stars as their customer service colleague Sarah is really good and sending me replacements. I want this product to work for me so will persevere a bit longer.

Order arrived really fast! The app is so helpful and easy to use! There’s easy to follow instructions for each exercise. The quality of the equipment is great!
