They are dedicated to help you in anyways possible, not just on information, but overall help to assure you have a great customer service experience. Personally I would like to thank Mr. Derek for his help me in making a transaction for my dad. Derek went above and beyond to help me achieve my dad's wishes. My dad (94yrs old) has alway been a great fanatic of the M1A rifles and Derek work with me and gave me the best solution to get the rifle. I will always be grateful for his help. Selling a firearm for the first time can be a very nerve racking experience, but the folks at guns.com made it seem less and smooth. A tremendous job done by all. I will be coming back to them for any future needs I have in the field.

Guns.com service was exceptional and delivery was quick. There was only one very negative issue, but that has to do with financing with Credova. Credova immediately sends the account to Monterey Financial. Monterey is a collection agency and immediately begin treating all accounts as a collection issue. I put an end to their crap by paying the account in full plus their early pay off processing fee with a credit card. Just pay for your order up front and avoid Credova financing at all costs.
