Absolutely love our bean bag couch! Couldn’t decide what colour/fabric we wanted and the company sent our samples for free. Three boxes of bags with beans arrived which made me nervous of the mess but once reading the instructions it was so easy and quick to do! Gonna be ordering some more cos u can’t have too many bean bags

Just off the phone with an agent (which turned out to be one of the owners) for advice on a bean bag. Sooooo nice to speak to a human at the other end, who picks up the phone rather than being directed to a recorded message, someone who knows the product and speaks clearly in English. Such a joy.

How refreshing to get such good service from a company. We ordered two indoor/outdoor bean bag chairs and straight away realised that the Large was a bit on the small size and that XL was going to be more suitable. We got straight on to GBB and they couldn't have been more helpful saying it wasn't a problem and asking when we would like to receive them. We paid the difference and two days later we had the replacements..... pretty impressive. They look well made, are very comfortable and paying a little more for the larger size is well worth the extra expense. Thank you
