I was really satisfied with the customer support I received when buying, I mailed & asked for advice before purchasing a new downpipe for my Audi TT, the reply was almost instantaneous & very helpful … Downpipe came next day & was very well packaged, the downpipe itself is a work of art & the fitment was as good as the Audi original if not better, only downside is I can’t see the downpipe when it’s fitted lol First class service, even better product, will definitely buy from gravity again without hesitation
