Would give ZERO stars if possible. I wish I would have done a quick search before ordering from them. Stay far away from Wine Parity and Grapeswine, flat out a scam.

I placed an order on November 18, 2022 for a case of wine. After a month it was not received, saying that the wine was back ordered. I, like many others, can never speak with a real person on the phone. It's a bunch of emails back and forth, from someone named Volter Tsap and another person named John Caplan that the wines will be shipped "next week".

I've ordered $977 worth of wine online from Wine Parity in September, 2022. This is another business name for Grapes Wine, Grapes, with same address. After few weeks of not receiving the order, I called and left a voicemail and an email. I have never been able to talk with someone on the phone. They emailed back and said it’s on backorder and promised to ship it end of the week. I waited couple more weeks but nothing happened so I called and emailed again and told them I want to cancel the order and asked for a refund. After several attempts and writing a review on BBB, the director at Wine Parity, Rob Russo, responded by saying that particular wine is unavailable so he will refund my money. That was November, 2022. It's January 22, 2023 now and I still have not received a refund. Be careful with Wine Parity/Grapes Wine/Grapes!

The website was pretty easy to navigate. I was looking for Malbec wines from Argentina in a moderate price range. It would be nice to have more ratings listed. Many did not have have any ratings.

I ordered a case of wine, when I reached out initially I got no response. I did receive a call back and was refunded the shipping charge that was supposed to be free. Dave told me he would have the wine shipped within a week, and true to his word, I received my wine yesterday!! All is good for me!!
