Grain and Fame – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a sample pack as I was keen to support Uk manufacture. Unfortunately the material was incredibly low quality. Which is confusing considering all the google reviews are 5 star. When I looked at these 5 star reviews in detail most reviewers were not living in the UK (no global shipping option) and there wasn't a single bad one. Each had what looked like a staged image attached. Felt contrived. These factors made me uncomfortable and I didn't go ahead with the main order

Splashed out on an expensive “bespoke” walnut table. Very quickly became apparent it wasn’t finished correctly - with stains showing wherever anything touched it. My wife emailed and asked for advice and was told just to use warm soapy water ( like we don’t know how to clean a table??). We tried this and it just left white waxy marks all over. At Christmas we put the extension leaves on, to find that they are poor fitting, and a different colour and finish (further leading me to believe to table was never finished properly) I have now paid for a large sheet of glass to cover the table, and upon trying in vain to clean the marks before putting the glass on, was prompted to leave a review, to prevent others making the same, expensive mistake. Very disappointed in the product and the “customer service”.
