Grace Digital – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I recently bought a Grace Digital GDI-IR1000 wifi radio from Walmart. This radio is a wifi radio that can receive thousands of radio stations off the Internet. I looked forward very much to my new radio. However on trying it found that it would not receive/display a station list. The radio always returned the message "Error loading Stations list". Attempting to read the radio's registry key returned a similar message. I found the included instruction manual to be very sparse and lacking information. I sent an e-mail to Grace Digital Support describing my problems and asking for advice. After waiting several days for a response from Grace (which never came) I arranged with Walmart to return the radio. I think that my experience with using the radio, the lack of a decent instruction manual, and the lack of help from Grace Support should warn others of the risk of buying a Grace radio. If Grace cares to contact me and offer a reasonable explanation I will consider removing this review.
