Grab – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

My booking went smooth and the driver is really nice

I buy some food with grab and i wait a little bit moment But its okayyy

The driver was slow and that made the food a bit cold but not a big problem

Overall Grab is very good. Most of the time Grab available. There is no reason to dislike Grab services. I feel safer with Grab. The fare is reasonable and you know your fare before you booked. Sometime high fare during peak hour but still affordable and convenient. You can book a conventional metered taxi on Grab apps too. I've been driven by OKU Grab driver last month and that's even great.

I've been using the grab app for taxis over the past few months and I've had no issues. Some of the drivers are better than others, but prices are usually reasonable. I've not needed to contact customer services so can't comment on that.
