We made our purchase before the shop closed, staff were patient and friendly. Emilia, the staff behind the till, created a great relaxing atmosphere, with jokes, smiles. She was attentive and professional, she and other staff that day made us feeling welcomed and valued. We returned one item next day without any issues with staff - all supportive and polite. Great team!

Great store with everything you need at affordable prices. The staff seemed fine too although the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that during my visit I couldn't find anyone to ask advice from, although this was a minor issue.

First time in your store. Impressed with the range and quality. That aside, my reason for writing this review is to praise staff member MIKE. Not just for the EXPERT advice but the friendly manner in helping me to assemble a lightweight camping kit. No mean feat! Not to be understated. People like this need to be acknowledged! And a shout out to Courtnay on tills. Professional and helpful. Completing a very satisfying experience.

Ranveer helped us select 2 pairs of walking boots. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Really helpful. Ann-Marie at checkout was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back if we need any other outdoor clothing.

Served by Claire who was super helpful, very friendly and even managed to beat a price match by 10% we found online saving us an absolute fortune. Because of all that Stockton store can expect to see me again to spend the amount Claire saved us on other goodies!!!😃
