Goldster – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Huge selection of classes for everyone to attend, including exercise and general well-being and everything in between! Although most of the classes are online you feel very much part of a community. My only disappointment is that, due to a change in my circumstances, I have had to cancel my subscription - but hopefully I'll be back!

I joined Goldster after knocking myself out in a very bad fall during an episode of vertigo. It was only a few weeks ago, but I already feel the difference. From the word go Goldster asked what they could do to help me. Since then new easy/seated classes in keep fit, yoga and tai chi have been introduced, not just for me of course, for anyone with mobility problems. But they took on board what I told them about my limitations, and the tutors always suggest adaptations. They listened! What I also like is that there are classes for different ability levels in each discipline, so I’ll be able to progress as my balance improves. Needless to say, the tutors are all highly qualified and very caring. I should add, alongside my new fitness regime I also take painting and poetry classes! Excellent as always

Virginia is such an excellent teacher of yoga, she explained all the moves really well . I have been doing yoga with Virginia for over 3 years now and my body feels so much younger and more flexible.

Yoga keeps me flexible and grounded.
