My late husband had a Golden Charter funeral plan, which worked very well, so it made perfect sense for me to do the same. Firstly, I had comprehensive reading matter through the post outlining everything with different plans to choose from. After making my choice, I phoned the company and spoke to a really nice helpful chap by the name of Arfan Ali. He went through everything again to make sure I hadn’t missed anything and the whole process was painless and dealt with very efficiently. I would definitely recommend Golden Charter to family and friends.

I spoke to a Paul Dougan he was polite very understanding and bent over backwards to help us. This is the second funeral plan we have had with Golden Charter and we are more than satisfied with there plans and help. It has put our minds at peace that when anything happens to either of us everything will be taken care of they are outstanding.
