Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! They sent the wrong products and don’t reply to emails so impossible to get the right ones or a refund - shameful

I placed an order with Godiva and did not receive a confirmation email, after a quick check on trust pilot I panicked a little - the reviews on here are terrible! I did email Godiva and received a prompt response to reassure me that my order was in progress. I am pleased to say my order arrived without a hitch (via DPD next day, inc one hour time slot). Godiva, please do respond to your unsatisfied customers on here, it does look like you don’t care when things don’t go to plan (that’s the reason for dropping a star, otherwise would have been 5 stars).

I can't review the shop website but the chocolate... it's worth every penny, it's sooooo delicious. I've never eaten anything so heavenly. It's a die for pleasure. I've got the chocolates as a gift 12 years ago and I remembered the taste until I tried it again today. I didn't know chocolate can be so good. Actually I don't really like chocolate but this is extraordinary. Every bite is an orgasm. The taste stay long in your mouth prolonging the sensation (great if you watch calories). If only it was a little more affordable... but there are other affordable chocolate... not worth eating.

Ordered 2 Easter eggs when they arrived they had been smashed to bits during transit .One email was all it took to sort the problem . Just took delivery of 2 whole Easter Eggs , thanks Godiva for great costumer service.

Had lovely surprise today from Godiva. Had ordered dark choc assortment which came as expected but also second box delivered which was not expected. This contained large packet of Coeur lait heart chocs which I was pretty sure I had not ordered! Contacted customer service to check if this was surprise free gift or mistake.....if so then they needed to bill me for these were nibbled straight away! Had quick response to say that whether mistake or not I was free to accept & enjoy them. Thank you Godiva for a lovely kind gesture. We have ordered from you several times & always had exceptional chocolate & very good service. My son was 16 yesterday & had very subdued lockdown birthday so these chocs were a special extra surprise. You can be sure of more orders to come.🤗
