Several reasons to avoid this company: 1. The backpack started to come apart at the seams after a few light uses with barely anything in the bag 2. The bamboo water bottle didn’t keep anything cold and ice cold water would be tepid and taste stale within a few hours 3. I contacted the company for help, mainly with the water bottle, on FB chat as their customer service email wasn’t in use. The FB reps gave me two email addresses, neither of which were accepting email So happy to take my money but refusing to help at all. Over a month later and zero contact. Appalling company.

I would rate 0 stars if I had the option. Bought the paper bag via living social paid via Klarna. Went to redeem the voucher, said the globalwakecup wasn’t taking any orders. Living Social should not be advertising the product. They took no responsibility at all. Appalling, non existent customer service for global wakecup bag & living social. Nobody replies the emails. It took me 5 months to get a refund. Thanks for Klarna it happened. I will never use Living Social again. Rip off.

Utterly atrocious experience Have my money stated delivery would be 48hours After 10 days still haven’t received them Contacted them told to wait till end of week When they stated this they knew there was meant to be another postal strike lasting 2days which was only cancelled at the last minute due to recent event Have tried to contact again but no phone number only emails and they are now ignoring my emails Do yourself a favour if you actually want the goods you ordered order them from someone else
