Girotti Shoes – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered a pair of slip ons in gorgeous fuschia and coral and they looked amazing when they arrived about two and a half weeks later. Unfortunately they were very tight. I requested the forms for an exchange and this time also sent my foot measurements in. I usually wear a B, but l definitely needed a wide and might have been happy with an extra wide. Communication was friendly and professional and three weeks later the replacement pair arrived just as gorgeous! I will definitely order more. Materials are high quality and look it!

My shoes arrived after a couple of weeks. They were exactly as shown online, and I am very happy with them. I am sorry for people who have been less lucky, but I would happily order from Girotti again.

The quality & design of shoes & bags. They stand alone on the stage of online shopping. You get what you see. Vanessa has been assisting me in the purchase o20 pairs of shoes. I have just ordered a duffle bag & m preparing a purchase of another bag. I only like quality shoes & handbags. Girotti has both. I envy those who work for the company & would be more than happy to sell such style & quality from sneakers to a top fashion stilettos. I feel you must know how happy I am with my purchases I do not waste time on trite comments Cheers Nikki

Unlike some reviews say, I received my customized shoes in about 3 weeks, which is reasonable given that they are shipping them internationally. Now, it took a few wears for the shoes to be comfortable, so do not expect an out-of-the-box comfort. A few weeks in, now they feel like a dream, given that most of my days are spent on my feet. My only complaint is that the sole already started wearing out, with a chip on the welt. I will try to glue it, so it does not get worse. But, really, I expected much better quality for the $179.

Only five days into the order I requested a small change and was told it was too late. Then it took another near month before it was delivered. So why couldn't the small change in the order take place and the order took a month after the request? Not good and I may not purchase from you again for that reason alone!! The shoe and quality is very good aside from that problem.
