Great service and reasonable price

I have had ghd for as long as I recall. I had not long purchased ghd gold and there was a squealing noise along with a flashing red light which was pretty discerning when reading reviews that this is a known common faulty! However, I followed the clear process of sending to ghd and there was timely provision of updates and information with a delivery of a different model (upgrade)! Very impressed as within 2 weeks everything was rectified and wholly satisfactory

I ordered some straighteners for my wife's birthday and seemingly, clicked on the wrong item, as I discovered when I opened the box. Just spoken to Harriet at GHD and she was one of the most polite and helpful customer service representatives I think I've ever spoken to! Issue resolved in less than one minute and a positive outcome.

Ich musste leider 2 Platinum Styler zurück schicken, da beide defekt waren. Dies lief jedoch unkompliziert ab und mir wurde jetzt sogar ein hochwertigeres Glätteisen geschickt, da der 2 Styler auch wieder defekt war und ich die Qualität in Frage gestellt habe. Bin sehr zufrieden und hoffe das dieses Gerät nun länger bei mir bleibt 😅👍

Poor poor poor, customer service none existent. Put in waiting queues wit between 4 and 12 people before, then when you manage to get through, you are spoken to like a child. No to everything and when asked to speak to a manager you are told point blank that there is no on available. I sent the product back for a refund only to be told after waiting half an hour in a queue, that 21 days was up . The cordless straightener is not fit for purpose, it won’t get hot enough or stay charged long enough to do a normal hair style. My wife persisted with them and then lost faith and hid them from me in embarrassment. I paid £300 for them ,for a surprise birthday present, and my wife was heartbroken when I found them and she explained how they wouldn’t do her hair. I am in limbo now as they are not answering my emails. They said they would send them back. But 2 weeks later still nothing. What a sad end to a good hair relationship. Never buy from them they are rubbish and so are the products. Regards Phil.
