I seem to have had a different experience than others who reviewed this company. I found the quality to be very good - and I buy cashmere from many high end outlets. The shipping is a tad slow, I agree, but I think we have become so accustomed to the "next day" from Amazon and others. As long as I know it is going to be a bit longer, I am ok. But what really made me happy was handling returns. The size was wrong on a few items. I thought - oh dear, this is going to be a nightmare. Well, it was not. You do have to pay return postage, but so far the return process has been just fine. Finally, every one of my emails to them is answered - almost the next day. With helpful instructions. That is impressive to me. So I will continue to order from them! (and I am in no way connected to them or incentivized to write this)

Great product; love their fabrics and design! Very good value!! The buttons need to be stitched a bit better ocasionally but that's easy enough. Shipping can be a little irregular but they keep you well informed by email. I don't think I have an account though (and I've bought lots from them) and can never redeem points they tell me I have.

First, the [products are excellent and live up to what you say they are. Secondly, should the product be arriving later than expected, you let me know. That is right up there with the product quality! I have learned to trust you and the products that I have ordered. Therefore, I will continue to to buy from Gentle Herd. I highly recommend your items to anyone who wants a great product at affordable pricesl

The product arrived within the expected time frame and the coat was high quality, made well, fully lined. I had to return it, though, because it did not fit me as expected. More detailed measurements would be helpful in the instructions along with some heights and size measurements of the models.. But even in the return process Gentle Herd had clear instructions as to proper return processes and refunds.
