I stumbled on Gem via Instagram and am so happy I did. I have been eyeing a flexible Diamond bangle for some time and inquired about sizing via DM. Response and communication was quick and easy and we settled on a size. They made a customized order for me for my requested size. The turnaround for my custom order was about a month, and item arrived in perfect condition with additional goodies. I was grateful they shipped the bracelet first so I could wear it immediately. The appraisal letter came a handful of days later appraised for over 2x the price I paid. Thank you Gem! I will be back for more pieces!

The online chat feature is very helpful when asking about information on a specific item and the customer service representative who responds is prompt and helpful. Also when you are ready to order Joe is also available to help if you are undecided on the carat weight of an item. I knew which item I wanted but could not decide on a dainty lower carat flex bracelet or the 2 ct. So a picture was sent to my phone for comparison of both items. THAT a was really helpful and I appreciate the immediate response and assistance! There is also a verification process in place to ensure not only your safety but also for their business. While I did not understand this process (I did not receive the email as the email I provided was off by one letter) I was reached out by their support team, but it was Joe who went the extra mile to call me back with the actual phone number. Thank you Joe! I did talk to the verification person at GJ and there I found out my email was off by one letter. All good though and everything went smoothly. BTW, I shipped my item FedEx (not home address) which offers more safety/protection for me and I can pick up at my convenience in 5 days. So do that if you are concern about delivery. GJ will do this for their customers so ask and know which location will accept and hold your package for you.
