This review is for the attentive & informative customer service from Jill in the world duty free sunglasses area. I recently had a cataract operation & was travelling to Corfu so needed good UV protection sunglasses. I browsed for 10 minutes & asked 3 assistants who surprising to me pointed out of the area to 'sunglasses hut' as they said they would have a better range. Looking for my husband to purchase sunglasses also we continued to browse & was approached by Jill....she was so different with a welcoming smile & started to explain the different UV in different sunglasses brands. I purchased a beautiful pair of Maui Jim & my husband had a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarer. Jill is a credit to World Duty Free & I cannot emphasise enough how professional she was even at 4am. The other staff should be taking lessons from her instead of chatting & being so unhelpful. Thankyou for being at work that morning a week ago Jill. Our holiday was excellent & our sunglasses perfect.

I have just arrived back from Palma Mallorca and as soon as I got off the plane I was unable to walk due mobility problems.. I was approached by a porter (steve) who helped me through the airport right up to the meeting point where my husband was waiting for me.. Steve was such a wonderful man and so helpful to me and my son. Thank you Gatwick and Thank you Steve for all your kindness today....(and for waiting till my husband and dog arrived) Mrs Doherty

Travelled may the 2ndwith my husband we both needed special assistance which we couldn't fault In north terminal departures we were met by the lovely Karina who took us on a buggy too the gate when it was time too board the plane she pushed me in a wheelchair right too the door she really is a credit too special assistance thankyou karina

Stuart Dix was excellent caring & kind. My 90 year old husband & myself were looked after taken care from swapping to the buggy from wheel chair. & avoiding escalators. He helped us to collect our baggage most of all he was so cheerful throughout although I am obese & would have been a job to push me around. Showed north terminal pick up point for us to catch the purple parking shuttle service to pick up a car. Special assistance takes out the stressful thought of even boarding a plane or disembark when landed on your destination. Though he had a long day to go 8.00 pm. He went out of his way to find wheel chair nearest exit etc.we wish him a very successful career. Being an asset to the special assistance team I would not be surprised to see even an award of special increment to employees like this. So happy for the team.
