Garden Pack – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have not planted the seeds yet but wanted to leave a review for the excellent customer service I received. I was given the pack as a birthday present and was impressed by the variety of seeds; the packaging, labels etc. The problem was that the instruction leaflet contained a lot of icons and colour coding and said to access the web site for details of the meaning of the icons and colours. Unfortunately the link did not work and whilst I am sure I could have worked it all out I thought I should let them know. I emailed at about 7pm in the evening and by 8:30 the next morning I had a full reply giving all the details I needed and thanked for letting them know so that they could correct their website. So, whilst it would have been ideal not to have needed to contact them the speed, completeness and clarity of their response means I give them 5*s so far. Now just need to plant the seeds withe the 'help' of my grandsons!
