Great service and reliability of servers. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. Will definitely use their services in the future.

They have been awesome to work with when we had a server issue or needed to increase the players on the server. Sad that after a few years people move on in life and the servers weren't being. If we get back into things then most definitely we will use gameservers.

Gameservers has always been great to me. Even when I needed an emergency refund on a 12 month subscription they didn't even hesitate and had it done in 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend this website!

Apart from their user interface, which could do with a serious update, I've never had an issue with them. I've used them before for both multiple Minecraft and 7 days to die servers. Support was relatively quick, no issues canceling whenever I did it from the client area. I only did 4 stars because I've learned over the years that knowing how much RAM, etc. is important and I feel they are not upfront about what you get for what you pay for, also like I mentioned above their client area interface could really use an update.

Dated user interface, but solid customer service. If you're looking for a team of skilled people to help you run a server, this is the team that you're looking for. They helped me identify problems easily and provided prompt resolutions. Their rates were very affordable for small Starbound / Terraria servers that I rented. So, I highly recommend that you try them out, and if it wasn't what you were looking for let them know and they will figure something out.
