Gallo IT – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ordine inserito martedì 26 e pacco consegnato mercoledì 27! Per me tutto perfetto!

Amazing socks, just utterly garbage service... I paid £374 for an order on socks on 1st of June 2023... I paid £62.48 Tax (20% VAT) which is included in the £374 amount. Received said socks on 6th of June. Really happy... Then a month later receive an invoice from FedEX saying I owe VAT... Here in the UK we do not pay additional VAT on an order we already pay VAT. If I paid FedEX their VAT, I'd be paying 40% VAT. Which is insane. Gallo failed to inform their carrier that I already paid the VAT therefore do not need to charge this again. Anyways, I raised this query somewhere around 2nd of July, and I keep receiving demand letters from FedEX for payment. I'm going to pay this amount now, even though I shouldn't have too as it's factually incorrect that I need to pay 40% VAT. Gallo overcharges their customers and doesn't help to resolve them. It's too stressful all of this. I will keep talking about this company in its objective form to everyone. I have linked them numerous times that I do not need to pay 40% VAT if I already paid 20%. But they don't get this...

My order was delivered to an unknown address by no fault of my own. Customer service refuses to acknowledge their mistake and to resend my order despite multiple requests. Several emails remained unanswered. They were apologetic on the phone but didn’t take any steps to resolve the problem. Perhaps their socks are of good quality but their customer service leaves much to be desired of. They left me no recourse but to file a chargeback claim with my credit card company. Not until my chargeback request was approved by my creditcard company did they admit their mistake. To little to late. I’m very disappointed. Won’t ever order from them again. I do not recommend buying anything from this firm. Il mio ordine è stato consegnato a un indirizzo sconosciuto non per colpa mia. Il servizio clienti ha rifiutato di ammettere il proprio errore e di inviare nuovamente il mio ordine nonostante varie richieste. Diverse e-mail rimangono senza risposta. Si sono scusati al telefono ma non hanno preso alcuna misura per risolvere il problema. Forse i loro calzini sono di buona qualità, ma il loro servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Non mi hanno lasciato altro ricorso che presentare una richiesta di storno di addebito alla società della mia carta di credito. Fino a quando la mia richiesta di storno di addebito non è stata approvata dalla società della mia carta di credito, hanno ammesso il loro errore. Da poco a tardi. Sono molto deluso. Non ordinerò mai più da loro. Non consiglio di acquistare nulla da questa ditta.
