Transparent with ingredients and the products available to you. The support was very fast at answering my signup questions, and I love the product so far! It does educate you a bit about what you're getting, why it's custom to you, and how best to take the supplements. I was able to quickly increase the amount received to meet the number of shakes I take in a day. Excited to try this out, instead of worrying about picking out and ordering my protein and collagen every month.

The products speak for themselves. I look for high quality ingredients in my supplements and gainful does a great job. No sucralose in the pre-workout and all organic ingredients in the protein. The shipping intervals are acceptable and im pleased when i receive my subscribed order. I do wish there was an expedited shipping option which i would gladly pay for, and the customer service is prompt.
