furnwise UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I made an order with Furnwise a few months ago and received my item within the given time and well packaged. The lights are absolutely beautiful. I have since emailed them to ask for a VAT receipt and received one straight away. I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them, not only for their customer service, but for the actual item. The lights were definitely well worth the price and very unique.

Item took longer than expected but quick response and good communication when I queried delivery time. Lamp is stunning and definitely worth the wait. Really solid, good quality lamp. Would recommend Furnwise.

I have have bought a few items from Furnwise that I'm really pleased with. Unfortunately a recent purchase arrived broken despite being well packed. Ana in customer services offered several options and processed a full refund. It's good to know that excellent support is available when problems arise

I’ve placed 3 orders for lamps; unfortunately one of the items sent was the wrong one. However, the reason I am giving this 5 stars is the response of the 2 customer service agents; Evgenia and Nicole. Nicole dealt with the issue at the beginning and then Evgenia took over. They resolved the problem, and I received the correct item. Mistakes can occur and it’s the way they are dealt with that is important. All the lamps look fantastic, better than the photos on the website.
