I was expecting the cushions to be as soft and comfortable as my old recliner but they were firmer by far. I thought it would be wider, I guess I misread the width on this recliner after looking at dozens on line. I am growing into it though and I appreciate the foot rest comes up higher than my old one. Most important is I have slept well in the new recliner. Finally, the heat and "massage" features are IMHO a waste. I have yet to feel the heat and the vibration stays with you after you turn it off. Annoying.

Ich habe einen Schreibtisch bestellt. Er kam in 2 Paketen an. Dem Untergestell lag eine Aufbauanleitung bei, der Tischplatte nicht. Da bei der Tischplatte der Ausschnitt für den Kabelschacht fehlte und keine Bohrungen zum Anbringen der Tischplatte hatte, wandte ich mich per E-Mail an Furniwell mit der Frage, ob die Tischplatte planmäßig keine Bohrungen zum Anbringen auf dem Gestell hat und der Bitte, die Tischplatte wegen des fehlenden Kabelschachts umzutauschen. Zunächst erhielt ich eine Antwort, die kaum etwas mit meinen Fragen zu tun hatte. Auf den fehlenden Kabelschacht ging man gar nicht erst ein. Ich hakte noch einmal nach und bekam zur Antwort ich solle den ganzen Tisch (also auch das bereits mühevoll zusammengebaute Untergestell / wohl auf meine Kosten?) zurückgeben und einen neuen Tisch kaufen. Ich habe den Eindruck, den "Service" macht hier ein Chatbot. Ein Wort des Bedauerns oder jegliches Entgegenkommen Fehlanzeige.
