Spent around 2400 on a new mattress, delivery day came. Wrong pillows and wrong mattress delivered, quick trip to store, correct pillows and mattress ordered (AGAIN), and a 2 week wait.. but all came correct (with compensation), and the delivery guys both times were amazing, nothing too much trouble. I can't really blame the store. To be honest, it's the only furniture store we've been in where we weren't perstered by sales staff on entering

Just Looking We needed a new bed. Furniture Village was on our list to view. The choice was greater than anticipated. A very helpful assistant guided us round the different beds and appeared very knowledgeable. I was impressed with Derek’s manner, engaging but not too ‘pushy’ so much so, without any hesitation, having found a bed I liked, I purchased it. Derek was friendly, personable and thorough throughout the transaction and I would say, in a way he contributed to my decision to buy a bed when I was only ‘ Just Looking’.

Looking for a sofa made easy, given time to discuss with my husband our choice we weren’t pushed, great advice without being persuaded to purchase. Great discount Welcoming and friendly service. Thank you!

We had a great experience & really enjoyed it due to Tony’s customer service skills. He made a big fuss of our newborn baby & we felt very relaxed in store & he couldn’t do enough for us. The store was very modern & had a great selection of sofas/furniture. I would say this is some of the best service I have ever encountered over the last few years. Tony it was a pleasure meeting you & hopefully see you again soon when the mrs summons me…..
