Outstanding customer service! -I bought my laptop in Jan 2019. When the screen started acting weird in Feb; I took it in and they replaced it and transferred all the data. I took it in again to to get a memory upgrade and was only charged for the parts. ( saved me $100 in labor) GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY - It is worth every penny.

I do enjoy the daily emails I get on the daily deals and the weekly deals I've actually been able to save quite a bit of additional money. Totally worth reading the emails and then seeing if they have a phenomenal special one day special on something you need. I love the ability to buy it online and just go to the pick up counter and walk out. Granted they don't have the phenomenal discounts they had 20 years ago but still...you are going to pay considerably less than you will at any of the big box stores.

Great customer service. Isles are wide and products are easy to find. Prices are reasonable. Easy returns.

These guys are awesome. They have so many accessories for me to build out my new office set up I feel like im losing my mind. Pretty cool selection and some is cheaper than amazon.
