Fresh direct has been wonderful! Love the selection, the site is easy to navigate & there are some good deals depending on what you buy. Also I absolutely love that they carry good bagels. Out of my 5-10 purchases only one item was missing, and it was easy to mark it missing and got a credit without a problem.

The reheat pre-roasted turkey was the moistest ever. The price $229 for a very large dinner with 8 fantastic sides is almost a gift. Highly recommended!

By far, the very best grocery delivery service in the NY metropolitan area. I have been a loyal customer since 2003. They stand by their service and the quality of their food. Their website is easy to navigate and reordering is a snap. I don't know what I would do without them.

After getting through the initial CoVid panic trying to get an order/delivery in (not really their fault) we have had excellent service from the first order to our recent. We originally started with them mainly because they had a particular seltzer our local supermarket discontinued selling. However, they have great values...so we ordered more. Pricing is very good. Always delivered on time (we choose the 5am-8am delivery). The produce is picture perfect fresh. Frozen foods are very frozen. Lovely bags we aren't additionally charged for. We have the Delivery Pass which has paid for itself and we are only customers a few months. I highly recommend them. They have exceeded our expectations.
