This company deserves more than 5* in its' customer service, quality and choice of goods and responsiveness to enquiries and orders. There are no showrooms or shops but their service is second to none. My enquiry for samples of kitchen door handles was dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner over the phone. I received my samples the next day! My subsequent, larger order was also delivered the next day despite ordering late in the day. I had also underordered - this was promptly and helpfully rectified over the phone. I cannot rate this company highly enough. In dealing with Joe, he enables you to feel listened to and in such a friendly manner. The company has a wide range of choices, deals with orders efficiently and provides brilliantly good value. . Their products are excellent. Thank you
