I started working with Heidi in January to coordinate this move of my mother’s things. She was wonderful!!! So nice and helpful and a pleasure to work with. Heidi is a true asset to her company. Deann was also very helpful and gave me wonderful customer service. When she left on vacation Bryson was assigned to my acct and took care of me too. All the drivers along the way were considerate and one from OR, Ryan, mentioned that when the drivers see a You Crate, they handle it with extra care. The items were my deceased mom’s things that were not worth a lot in monetary value but priceless with memories. I could not get insurance on the crate and that was a little stressful since you were just turning this over to truckers. Thank you all that handle this box of memories! I got a quote direct with the carrier and they quoted me $800 more then what I paid through frieghtcenter. Heidi was so helpful! She went over my options with me. What can help me save on my shipment and what would be my easiest option, though it would cost me more. I appreciate their honesty and support throughout this entire process!

I called in yesterday on May 6 and spoke Matthew Grill who was outstanding and because he made such an awesome impression on us that my husband Doug and I wanted to let others know that he is knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with, patient to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed.
