Frames by Mail – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was suprised to see negative reviews on Yelp. My experience with Frames By Mail was very excellent. The software on the website let me design a custom 3 hole matte for my display, and the options on the colors, styles and frame choices were so many it made it hard to choose. The quality and speed of delivery were impressive.

Awful service. Only 2 out of 7 items arrived, and 2 months later! Customer service doesn't answer to e-mails. Only after calling, they just acknowledge that some items are simply not available; others "may be in preparation". Never an explanation, not to say an apology. I placed an order, expecting it in about 10 business days according to the automatic response. But the items arrived after... 2 months.
