I’m gobsmacked by the negative reviews here, having had one of my best ever consumer experiences with Frame just a few months ago. I’d bought a pair of Frame jeans from a well-known UK department store – so not even direct from Frame – and the button, one of those fancy screw on ones, had come off and been lost after the first wash. It wasn't a refund that I wanted, just a replacement button. Knowing that the department store would not be able to help me with this, I emailed Frame directly without any great expectations. To my surprise, Frame could not have been more helpful. Whilst explaining that they wouldn't normally assist in these circumstances, they sourced two replacement buttons for me and sent them from the US to the UK by courier. The whole process took a few weeks, but no problem – and no charge. A special shout out to Victoria at FRAME Client Services, in particular. Genuinely one of the best responses I've ever had, and I always think you can best judge a company by the way they respond to problems. It's not my intent to to dismiss other people's experiences here, I can only speak for my own. I hope it provides some reassurance to others if they're thinking of buying from Frame. Aside from having a button come off, I've not had any problems with the jeans either. I own four pairs in different styles, all bought within the last couple of years. Date of experience January to February 2023.

This company is a fraud. They have expensive jeans and zero sales or customer service online. They are tied to the SHOP app which forces a purchase without any purchase review. You can't reach anyone at Frame. It took 24 hours for someone to reply to my request to cancel an order with 5 minutes of Frame confirming the order via Shop. Their reply a day later was they can't cancel a purchase even though their website has an option to cancel order. They said they would try to contact the warehouse. But they were closed all weekend. I said if you and the warehouse are closed all weekend then how can an order be processed if no one is working.. today on 6/17 they shipped the item that I asked to cancel. They just want your money, they don't make any effort to help you and in this era of virtual e commerce how is it that they can't stop something 5 minutes after it was ordered but can also automatically ship it. Worst experience with customer service. Arrogant and non helpful. I hope a return is not this painful

This review is about Frame Jeans and their customer service. I tried a Frame jeans at JL, London. The size was good but they didn’t have it in black. So I ordered 2 online from their website. The blue jeans were OK but the black was at least a size bigger (although both were 27). After only one wear, the black has become two sizes bigger. Not fit to wear it alone and with a belt it bulges like a potato sack. Unfortunately, by the time I tried them it was after the return period (I was outside the country). What a waste of money! Their customer service best shot on this : »we recommend ordering multiple sizes as we’re offering free returns » « are you able to take the jeans to a local tailor? » Hold on a minute, the two jeans that I ordered were the same model in two different colours. So even for the same model, they do not have any consistency in sizes. What’s then the purpose of offering goods online. I shall not be wearing Frame again, as a matter of principle. If you would, avoid their website orders but before you do so, read all reviews in here. I wish I have done so. Update: Although I had unsubscribed, an email from Frame claiming a 60% offer/sales. Not accessible on their website and no signs of sales were visible on their website. Out of curious validity I contacted them to ask..never got a reply. Something is definitely not right with this dealing. I cannot post photos showing the non existing email offers. I trust I am not the only one who received this misleading information.

Frame corduroy trousers are the worst quality orf corduroy you will ever find. I just can't believe how they colour their fabrics that at every washing the colour of the pants is all in the water...thick and heavy. Obviously somewhere in China where nobody checks on regulations and on ingredients. Had to throw them away after only 2 months as it looked like they used unhealthy colorants probably dangerous for health. I have at least 6 pairs of corduroy from different brands (CK, Mango, Zara, Loro Piana etc...none of them are soo badly during washing as the pair from Frame) V poor quality. Will never buy anything from them again.

The Frame Store on San Vicente in Brentwood is excellent! Monica has been there for many years and is awesome!!! I have brought many projects there- and recently I brought a painting that was very difficult to frame as I wanted. Monica solved the problem, and within the budget that I asked. Tremendous customer service! Would recommend highly
