I like foxit reader a lot for mobile and pc. It does what it means to do. I presume they are a good company too but i will leave one star up for development

If online support fails, call their customer service number. It really is 24/7 and they really do call back. I was unable to update my Foxit subscription over a month - updating from the application did not work, and from the online auto-chat, it referred me to a download page that only listed trial versions. 1) It turns out "Trial" is also for software updates - their web management is SLOW on clarifying what that link provides. 2) The phone support sent me a direct link to update the software, which works. It may go up to 5 stars, when their web manager addresses the known issue.

Mon pc a crashé et il m'était impossible de supprimer la license Foxit qui y était rattachée. Après avoir ouvert un ticket auprès de leur SAV, j'ai reçu une réponse en moins d'une heure avec ma clé d'activation réinitialisée. Je suis un petit client et j'ai apprécié le fait que le SAV réponde si promptement et de surplus à résolu mon problème. Merci Foxit
