Wrong product received,time and money Wested!! It's nothing else like they pushed sales of not popular item.

Scummy company. I ordered 3 pairs of Vans. Kept 1, returned 2. Returned the items using their courier return service. Tracking shows they were delivered in February. 2 months of communicating and no r refund received despite customer service saying it had been issued on multiple occasions. Eventually got passed over to JD customer service and told the items had never been received and I won’t be getting a refund. So my €95 pair of shoes cost me €305. Daylight robbery.

Bought shoes a month ago paid 79e. No updates on the order. No contact!!! Send few emails, nothing. No updating on tracking number. Very disappointing. Waiting for my refund. For a month hearing nothing from footpatrol.ie

Bought shoes, received refund after a week no explanation nothing. Will not deal with them again.

Received the wrong item, wrong size, wrong brand. Was told they were really sorry but that they couldn't send me what I actually ordered. Tracking number didn't work. Got a second tracking number after the first time I tried to get in contact and thought it was for the correct item. Tracking number didn't work of course. Tried to get in touch for the second time. By the time I received my response the item I wanted was sold out in my size. Told me there's nothing they can do except offer me a refund. The customer service is shocking. They just send you from person to person and no one actually gives you a clear answer as to what happened in the first place. I wouldn't waste my time again. Thoroughly disappointed by the experience from start to finish.
