Will buy again from this vendor!! Had a little problem with the product, and thought they may ignore me for such little issue, but to my supprise, they fix it right away. I'd say their customer service is batter than Amazon. Do not hesitate to buy from them, they will take care of you.

I always have had a good experience contacting Fondlove cutomer service. At this time I had an issue with the item that I was using, an accessory got broken. I contacted Fondlove Customer Service and the person helped me and sent me a replacement for an amazing price. The replacement item arrived in just 2 working days via FedEx. Thank you very much for such amazing job.

after a month the toy stopped working correctly. i contacted the company. they have not responded yet. They have responded & will allow me to get a better model. I only pay the difference. I will up date this review once situation is resolved
