Sadly the flowers didn’t make it through the journey very well but the customer service was very good and they gave me a full refund for the flowers. The vase I ordered was perfect though and with their willingness to resolve the issue, I feel confident enough to try them again in the future on another occasion

I had some beautiful flowers delivered, a present from my granddaughter. On arrival the box was very squashed, not flowerbx fault. But when I told them they immediately sent me another bunch of lovely flowers. I found flowerbx very helpful and generous. I would definitely recommend them.
