Received a 20mm Rubber mat from this company, appears to work well!

The bamboo floor mat arrived in excellent condition and embellishes my bathroom floor. I had trouble getting in touch with floormats UK over the phone to find out when exactly the package would arrive after I had received email confirmation that the order had been processed. However when I sent an email I received a swift response which I was grateful for.

I ordered a chair mat for carpet. It did take a little longer than predicted to arrive but this was right in the middle of lockdown. After a month a crack appeared in the mat and grew each time I rolled over it. I emailed them with photos and had a response the same day. They apologised for the fault and refunded me. The refund appeared on my card 3 days later. I'm giving five stars because of the level of customer service I received.
