Firebox – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Was a bit wary of ordering from here as I've seen many other negative reviews but guess Firebox have updated since then as I ordered items Wednesday and its arrived Friday - surprising when 2 of my items are personalised cushions. All items in great condition and was easy to track online. I would take previous reviews with a pinch of salt, as I couldn't be happier!

I recently ordered a soft toy from Firebox's website. The item was despatched swiftly, and as far as Firebox was concerned, their job was done. However, a couple of days later I received an email from Yodel, which stated the packaging was damaged and they weren't going to deliver it. I contacted Firebox and they immediately offered to send out a replacement, or give me a refund. They were swift in their response, and didn't hesitate to make the situation better. I would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to leave a review to help those out who never received a reply to their customer support request. Try contacting them on Twitter instead, their main Twitter account (@Firebox) has the customer support Twitter account linked in their bio. I tried sending in an email about my faulty product, but never received a reply to that. Sending a private message on Twitter gave me a swift reply and the issue was fixed quickly. Ordering from Firebox has always went fine for me, with delivery times being as advertised. My only issue was the lack of reply to the replacement request, which was solved.

I ordered a custom pet pillow, and it turned out amazing. The picture was a tiny bit blurry, but that’s on me for picking a bad picture. Also doesn’t look GREAT with a single-coloured black cat, but again, that’s on me. The quality of the pillow is amazing, and it got delivered to me 2 weeks after I placed my order. There was some issues with me not getting any shipping updates, but I contacted them by email and got a nice answer fixing everything straight away:) Definitely ordering again!!!

Have ordered from these guys quite a bit, mostly for Christmas and birthday gifts. Always got weird and wonderful stuff. Everything has always turned up on time and proper quality stuff - not cheap tat. Would recommend.
