I like this app but I am unable to name my children. I use the free version. Can anyone help me?

I use this app for almost 5 years and it has never disappointed me. It is very reliable in tracking my daughter's whereabouts. The customer service agents are also very professional and helpful. I have had the chance to speak to Michael and Lisa and both were excellent at sorting out my situation. I highly recommend this app! Find My Kids, keep up the excellent work!

In general terms I am satisfied with the app so I paid for a lifetime subscription. Of course there are some minor issues but this app is updated really often. I've tried a couple of similar apps and I believe it's better. Recently I found out that there is a web service available (beta mode) that works really good and it is very convenient. Customer service is EXCELLENT.
