I found them to have great service

I returned a couple of items to Figleaves about 3 weeks ago. I heard nothing and 3 days ago, having read recent trustpilot reviews, felt trepidation. However, I contacted Simply Be on their chat - they gave me a link to a Figleaves form - I heard back within a day - I provided evidence of the return (Royal Mail tracked delivery and the returns form) - Figleaves have now confirmed they’ve refunded the monies. Seems decent enough service on this occasion.

I have been ordering online with figleaves a few times over the years (last one was in January this year). I havent had any problems with the merchandise. The delivery has always been prompt and correct. I haven't had the need to contact customer services as I haven't had any problems with my order.

Two Christmases running I've bought gifts from Figleaves and had problems with the couriers (last year it was delivered to the wrong house, this year the courier giving up before even finding the house), but Figleaves have always gone out of their way to resolve the issue. I mean, they could use a better courier than Hermes but this is 5 stars purely for their customer service

I recently ordered from Figleaves. I couldn't get my gift card to work - I placed the order and emailed, received very fast response with them happy to solve the issue including cancelling order and reordering with gift card. Turned out was because it had expired and they instantly increased the length for a month for me without me even having to ask. Fab service on email AND on instant chat - it was a person - not a chat bot! Am total convert - really quality products and incredible customer service.
