The customer relations in their Coventry City Centre shop while I was trying to make a choice was courteous and professional. I bought online and had to return for change in size and design without hitch. The packaging and delivery was excellent and on time as I needed to travel back to my home country with it. The ring is as good, with 2 months of use now.

With all the bad press and bad customer service from a lot of otherbig companies F Hinds am very impressed with your customer service received online, head office and both Luton & Dunstable branch I ordered a ring online which was wrong size, head office and gentleman at your Luton branch today gave exceptional service. In fact i received an unexpected call back from Luton to say that he would order correct size in for an exchange later in week when it comes in Very pleased that your staff take the initiative and go the extra mile. There are a fair few big companies out there whose customer service is non existent. Well done F Hinds
