Femplay – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I ordered my product on the 12/4/24 express. I never received a tracking number. I emailed they confirmed it was shipped to my address.. no tracking number. I emailed again. No response. After the 3rd day 19th I got through on there landline number. She explained that they have moved premises and all the phone and computer system has problems. Also all the tracking numbers are scrambled. She seemed generally sorry and was going to follow up with Aus post and send me the tracking number. Many emails many calls no response. Finally have heard that my parcel is lost. They are sending a new one, I will update my rating once I know more It is 17/5/2024 and I have finally received a refund and received the product. She tracked it down. Whatever happened last month with postage she was able work it out. Thank you

Done my 1st order and everything arrived packaged beautifully , even when an item was missing within a set , this was no issue. A new set was issued and delivered quickly.
