Fantastic Furniture – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Bought 7 sets of ceiling lights online from FantasticFurniture. They arrived fairly swiftly and without issue, and the product is great! A fraction of the price of very similar items from other major suppliers and seem to be good quality. I was hesitate to buy from them because of the other bad reviews here, but I couldn't fault my experience (maybe I was lucky).

It's their delivery company which is extremely bad - AVOID Hunter Express as all costs. Supposed to keep you up to date re progress, supposed to advise when delivery due, supposed to leave note if not home so can arrange a time. Did ZERO (one email at start saying item picked up in Melbourne - I'm in Brisbane) Dumped item on front patio. I can't move it; they refuse to come & rectify, agro, deny their problem. Fantastic Furniture going out of their way to assist & get it inside.

we just bought a mattress and base service was absoutly great ordered on tuesday was delivered on friday very polite guys on the delivery truck couldn't ask for better service

Products are great. Good Price and decent quality. Collected my order within 24 hours of placing. Turned up and the lovely guys in the dock put them in the car for me. Would happily purchase from the again.
