Horrible. Stay far away. I bought and paid for Maui Jim sunglasses ($274.00). Was contacted by this “company” saying that they’re out of stock and i should be getting it in two weeks or less. it’s not over a month. I reported them to the BBB now I’m just waiting with my money gone the day I made the purchase. And still no sunglasses.

Ordered sunglasses 5 days ago, have not heard anything from them yet!! Have send 2 emails, 1 instagram message, tried to call twice and left a voicemail. This is ridiculous, I payed $169!!

I bought some reading glasses from these people. They were Tom Ford. The price was really good and I got them in under a week. I would recommend them if asked.

I had a similar experience to that of A. Mazer on my Maui Jim sunglasses....they were a lot less expensive than the competition, and they arrived as advertised in three or four days. Steve

I see that Eyesave.com has been slammed a bit by some reviewers, and no doubt they've had some bad experiences. But I ordered some Maui Jims last Sunday and was very pleased with the transaction. First, I got the glasses for about $20 less than anywhere else I could find on eBay or the rest of the internet. Second, I bought the glasses on Sunday evening and by 9am on Monday had received an email saying the package had been shipped. The glasses arrived on Wednesday, in new and perfect condition, just like I expected. All in all, a perfect buying experience. Maybe I was just lucky, I'm sure bad transactions can happen with any company... but I have no regrets at all with Eyesave.
