Easy quick and hassle free booking process for India travel. Haven't had to use their customer service so cannot comment on that but so far experience has been good.

I need to cancel my flight and holiday booking within 24hours and after talking to Expedia for 5 hours, they connected me to their supervisor Ajay Sharma. He was so honest and helpful and understanding of the whole situation. I was having issues with miscommunication from the airline and Ajay connected with them for me on a three-way call to clarify the whole situation and proceeded to process my flight booking refund. It was a difficult experience initailly with the agent and airline but the fact that they resolved it without too much trouble is really appreciated. Thank you Ajay!

Following issues with my stay at one of the hotels listed on the expedia.co.uk site Expedia was very quick to resolve matters and offer me a refund all of which was undertaken in a professional and efficient manner via live chat customer service.

Booked a holiday with these and had to cancel, money was refunded within a couple of days no problem at all. Will be using them again.

He is the supervisor who attended my query On 23/02/23 at 4pm after the customer assistant passed on to him. He was very professional and polite. He went out of his way to go through all the details and see what had happened. His exemplary to expedia with the excellent level of service i received. I had been going back and forth for the first time regarding my booking and noone was able to resolve until he came. Im not 100% sure if i got the spelling correctly. Im am very grateful for his help. I wish expedia can have more of him in the company . Hes a real asset.
