I booked the travel at the last second and wanted to have two double beds shared with a friend, but not the queen bed. The agent is very helpful. Also the agent provided different air tickets schedule which I did not pay attention from online. The whole reservation is very smooth and pleasant.

The booking process was relatively OK. Because the error of my name entered by the Agent, I had to be transferred to speak to another Agent so The process of booking was longer than necessary. I had not taking the trip yet. Only commenting on the booking process.

This is the second vacation we have gone on with Exotica. Transfers reliable, Hotels very good, Ischia beautiful with thermal bathes, and included tours very good. We purchased 3 extra nights in Naples which provided the time to go to Herculaneum, and Monte Cassino; both easily reached by train. The tour of Naples suggested the underground tour, which we did and highly recommend. Enjoyed the independence of this packaged trip. Very good value for the money.

Once I pushed enough buttons to speak with an agent, everything went well. Agent was friendly, attentive, and patient.

The call centre was excellent. Did not have to wait long and representative handled everything professionally.
