Horrible website. Can't use phone to make booking. No customer service. Contact details useless.

This service is so so terrible no customer to call when u have an issue they just tell u on a voice message go onto there web site to get a call back! No one Calls u back so crazy I’d give it a 0 if there was an option very very disappointed cutomer. ;(

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!!! How bad is it when we are going through a global pandemic and the cinemas were closed to the public in 2020 for a period of time. Event cinemas deducted cinebuzz points from mine and my husbands account as we could not get to the cinemas to use those points. It would be a completely different story if I just didn’t bother going to the cinemas - then it’s my fault. But they were closed to the public, we were going through a global pandemic - completely out of my hands. Surely with all the management staff and advisors they have, someone would of picked up on this and just over ridden the points being deleted OR send out an email to customers and notifying them that this may happen, if it does, contact them and they will rectify the problem. Just shows how GREEDY they are. I have emailed them and they haven’t even bothered to reply.

After checking website, event cinemas pacific fair, went to see 1917, which was listed on website as “standard” for 3.20pm session for Sunday 26th April. Went over to buy tix only to be informed that it was showing in Gold Class only. Not happy, get your initial website up to date Event Cinemas, never fails to disappoint lately.

Never had a problem with Event Cinemas. One time I was unable to attend the movie I paid for and they refunded me no questions asked. I love ordering tickets online which saves me so much time from lining up. I've been a VIP member for 2 years and I won't stop coming back.
