We booked a holiday to Eurocamp France for the week. On arrival we were very unhappy with the accommodation. We spoke to the site who advised we could not be moved or upgrade. We spoke to Jen- one of the Eurocamp advisors- who fought for us to be moved. Within a couple of hours we were moved from a small chalet that had a bad smell, was left unclean, a tree that we had to duck under and we kept having to sweep up every hour which stopped us from eating outside. To be then moved to a bigger, much more clean chalet…and it was VERY clean! We would like to thank Jen for helping us enjoy our holiday to its fullest.

Eurocamp - kaatsheuvel was absolutely brilliant. Lovely and relaxed, peaceful and perfect for younger children. Most things are a small drive away. Its a new park and growing but please don't grow to big!!

A simple good value holiday at Eurocamp La Chapelle. Staff were very helpful, a big shout out for Alistair who went above and beyond with service. The chalets are basic but clean and reasonably well equipped. The pool was very good. The shop had limited stock but the pastries were always lovely and fresh. No Restaraunt on side but very good Restaraunts only a short walk to the sea front. The beach was very stoned and the sea water lovely but deep near the shoreline. Overall a good holiday

Kate at head office was fantastic. We made a right mess up of the booking and she sorted it instantly. You don’t get customer service like that any more. She made the whole process so much easier and it made me believe my elderly parents are it great hands. That woman deserves a raise and a couple of Gin’s

I booked a holiday for my family at Internacional De Calonge campsite from June 28 to July 11 in the new Aspect Plus mobiles. As the mobile wasn't available for the last 3 days of our holiday (returning home on July 14) we were scheduled to move to Cala Gogo, which is right next door to Calonge, for the last 3 days. We didn't really want to move campsites but this was the only option available at that stage. I received a call from Eurocamp staff on May 30 to say that the home we had booked would not now be available as they could not be installed until mid July. The representative advised that they had provisionally placed us at an inferior campsite, which I immediately refused as we specifically wanted Calonge, having stayed there twice before. The Eurocamp staff who I spoke to over the next day and a half could not have been more helpful. They apologised profusely for the issue, which was completely out of their control, and bent over backwards to help us sort out the issue, which resulted in us securing a slightly less high spec mobile at Calonge for the full 16 day duration of our stay, as well as a discount for the inconvenience and stress caused by the issue. I cannot speak highly enough of the Eurocamp representatives and would like to thank Kate, Kirsty, Matt, Paul and anyone else I spoke with to get this issue resolved.
