I placed the orders on 25th of January, until now I haven't received my order, and delivery cannot be tracked, and service agent won't reply my email.

I placed an order for skin cream on 2/1. When I receive no notification of shipping, I reached out on 2/10. Customer service finally got back to me to advise that this item is not in stock, but it will be shipped in just a “few” days. I requested that they cancel this order and they refused to do so. If the item was not in stock, they should have alerted me to this fact before I ordered. I’m taking it up with my credit card company. Do not do business with this company.

I ordered product from them on 2/3/25 and received an email confirmation from them at 12pm ET that my order had been received and they would send a shipping confirmation when it was ready to ship. As of 2/8/25, I had not received any further notifications, so I tried to call them a few times. I called during the hours they said agents were available to help. Each time I waited for someone to help me, but after an extended period of time, the company just rolls you to vm. I decided to try the chat feature. It took awhile, but I did get someone to answer me on chat. I asked about the status of my order and all I could get was that it should ship in the next few days from the supplier. I then asked to go ahead and cancel the order since it had not shipped and my credit card had not been charged yet (still a pending charge, but not posted). The agent said that was not possible to do since my order had been confirmed and that was the end of the conversation. BUYER BEWARE. I wish I had read the online reviews before I ever clicked the confirm order button with this sketchy company.

I have had the exact same experience noted here multiple times. This is a scam. They cannot provide shipping information after two weeks and will not accept a cancellation. I was forced to initiate a dispute with Amex. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered from Europe at eskinstore.ca and it went well. You have to be patient, but I knew that from reading other reviews. It took 4 weeks to get my order, but I expected that, so that is fine. I asked for an update in between and I received an email which showed exactly which products they were waiting for while collecting my order. Only thing that I didn’t realise is that you have to pay in The Netherlands “inklaringskosten bij de douane”, which means I had to pay the difference in tax (Canada has 13% tax and The Netherlands has 21%), so I paid 8% extra tax and administration cost (12 euro) to import. Overall this was still a good deal for me, by placing a large order I did save a lot. I was a bit nervous waiting so long and having paid a lot. But I paid by credit card to secure the delivery. I will definitely order again in the future. You just need to know what to expect (takes a few weeks).
