El servicio es rapidísimo y una atención al cliente impecable. La caja viene muy bonita en el interior, pero por fuera es completamente neutra.

Experiencia con el equipo de España. Tuve un problema con un producto que vino defectuoso, me puse en contacto por correo, me pidieron video para demostrar el fallo del producto y al comprobarlo me dieron el ok y dijeron que procedían a enviarme un producto nuevo. Sin problema. Escribo esto confiando en que me llegará el producto, asique por ahora estoy muy contento con esta empresa jajaja

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Ordered an item in January, had to bank transfer them the money which admittedly I shouldn’t have done, due to them having apparent PayPal issues. This website is a scam, just another way to con you out of money. Never received my item, was met with excuse after excuse when I chased it up via email. Still waiting on my refund, again met by excuses via email. Do not, I repeat, do not use this website

Received a product that is not working. I have been trying to contact the company for two weeks for an exchange or refund but no answer. Do not recommend.
